Tennis icon Rafael Nadal has mostly been known to be on the court, either training for tournaments or winning titles. However, this time around, the Spanish legend was seen celebrating Real Madrid’s Jude Bellingham El Clasico-winning goal against Barcelona at the Santiago Bernabeu last night.

The match progressed to its expectations, with both sides scoring a goal before 20 minutes. By halftime, it was 1-1, but the whole drama of the game happened in the second half. Barcelona player Fermin Lopez pulled the lead at the 68 minute but that didn’t last long as Lucas Vazquez found the immediate response in the 72nd minute.

Both teams moved on for the win as many substitutions were made. However, in the 92nd minute, a counter from Madrid split up the Barcelona backline as a nice through ball found English star Jude Bellingham on the right flank. He made no mistake by putting it into the net.

In a video, Rafael Nadal, seated in the VIP section, rose to his feet immediately and pumped his fist into the air as the English star gave Real Madrid a 3-2 lead in added time. He turns to his sister and father, hugging them both in ecstasy.

The Spaniard is currently in Spain ahead of the Mutua Madrid Masters, which starts today. He competed at the Barcelona Open last week, winning his opening match before losing to Alex de Minaur in the second round.
