The Rafa Nadal Sports Centre is one the finest sports institutions in the world. Founded by the world no.2 and Spanish legend Rafael Nadal, the Centre houses the famous The Rafa Nadal Academy. It is located in Mallorca, Spain. Another feature of this Centre is the Rafael Nadal Museum.

The museum hosts a plethora of unique and distinguished artifacts. All of Rafael Nadal trophies and titles are also on display. The Museum also features mementos and tokens of donation from Nadal’s peers Novak Djokovic, Roger Federer and Serena Williams. The Rafa Nadal Academy recently took to twitter and shared an image of a shoe signed by Serena Williams, which was on display at the Rafael Nadal Museum. “Legend! In the #RafaNadalMuseum you can see objects donated by great tennis legends. Do these shoes look familiar? They belong to a 23-time Grand Slam singles champion. Thank you @serenawilliams,” tweeted Rafa Nadal Academy.

In addition to the shoe signed by Serena Williams, the Rafael Nadal Museum also holds antiquity donated by major donors of the museum. In December 2020, The museum preserved the legacy of the biggest stars in tennis- Roger Federer, Rafael Nadal, Novak Djokovic and Andy Murray, by placing their rackets side-by-side.

It’s not only tennis stars-relate stuff that are on display at the Museum. The facility also holds signed jersey of basketball legend Michael Jordan and Pau Gasol, football shirts signed by stars David Beckham, Leo Messi, Cristiano Ronaldo as well as a replica of the UEFA Champions League title won by Rafael Nadal’s favorite club Real Madrid. The Museum also has a replica of the Renault R25 driven by Spain’s Fernando Alonso during his title winning race at the Formula One championship in 2005.
