John Cena is all set to embark on his retirement tour in 2025. Ever since he made this huge announcement, many stars have expressed their desire to face the 16-time World Champion in this roller-coaster ride. Speaking of that, one of the most iconic rivals of the Franchise Player, Randy Orton, has opened up about a potential feud with him one last time.
During his appearance on ‘What Do You Wanna Talk About?‘, The Viper said that he would like to work with Cena on this retirement tour. He talked about the connection they have with the fans and the chemistry they possess in the ring together. The Apex Predator added that it would be nostalgic, and the people who have rooted for them throughout their career would appreciate it.

Moreover, this was not the first time Randy Orton had talked about facing Cena. He has been open about this potential match in a lot of interviews in the last few months. Speaking about the retirement tour, the Cenation Leader is going to be a part of the WWE programming in 2025 for an estimated 36 dates in his schedule. Therefore, there are high chances that Orton might find a way to square off against his arch nemesis.
Furthermore, stars like Bron Breakker have also expressed a wish to face the Greatest of all Time in this last ride. This list includes Seth Rollins as well, who wants to face Cena one more time. This anticipated run will kick off next year in January, when the 16-time World Champion will most likely return on the first Raw on Netflix.
Randy Orton wants John Cena to induct him into the Hall of Fame

Speaking about the future, the former teammates discussed Orton’s Hall of Fame induction. During the conversation, the 14-time World Champion named John Cena as the person he wants to be the one who inducts him into the prestigious class.
During the interview, The American Nightmare threw a question regarding the inevitable moment. Orton said he would like it if the Greatest of All Time would induct him into the Hall of Fame. However, he is not open about it, as he doesn’t want Cena to feel obliged to do this. As of now, it is just a wish, and the Viper is not thinking about it anytime soon in his career as he is more focused on his in-ring work.
