Real Madrid came from behind to win 2-1 against Huesca
Real Madrid laboured to a 2-1 victory against bottom placed Huesca. Raphael Varane scored both goals for Los Blancos to give them the 3 points away from home.

Real Madrid named only 6 substitutes for the match
Real coach Zidane named a 17-man squad for his trip to Huesca with only 4 outfield player. Marvin Park and Chust were called up from Castilla depicting Madrid’s lack of depth.

Huesca made a sparkling start after the break and were rewarded with a goal in the 48th minute. Javi Galan scored for the hosts to give them a shock lead.
However, Madrid did not let heads drop and scored a few minutes later through an unlikely source in Varane. The defender headed home in the 55th minute to equalize for the Los Blancos.
Real Madrid will have to thank goalkeeper Thibaut Courtois for his outstanding save to keep the match level at 1-1. Having got back on level terms, Madrid began to dominate again as they had before the break. Raphael Varane finally scored the winner for Real from which headed effort from Casemiro in front of goal.
Despite the victory, Zidane will be far from pleased with his side’s display against the 20th placed team in the division. Madrid have climbed to second, 3 points ahead of Barcelona who will play on Sunday against Real Betis.
