Reece James may undergo surgery on troublesome knee
Chelsea have a solid future prospect in hand in the form of right back Reece James. The young England international is a product of the Chelsea academy and is settling in well.
Reece James has been one of the standout player’s for the Frank Lampard side this season. His performances have been brilliant so far.

However James has a persistent knee injury problem which could stop his progress. But good news for Chelsea fans is in the fact that James may need not go into surgery for it.
According to reports, the 21 year old us more likely to be rested than be given a surgery at this moment. Chelsea face West Ham United next in the Premier League and Azpillecueta is set to feature in place of Reece James.
James is a consistent first team player since last year and has featured in all of Chelsea’s last eight Premier League games. He got an assist in the match against Leeds United.
At the moment Chelsea have a lot of injury problems to sustain with. Callum Hudson Odoi and Hakim Ziyech are both out with hamstring injuries.
The Moroccan international is set to be left out of the squad in the visit to the London stadium. The match against West Ham United is crucial for Chelsea who are just two places and one point ahead at the moment.
