Renetti Pistol from Modern Warfare : Activision teases of COD Mobile Season 3
Call of Duty: Mobile’s third season is all set to commence later this week and to add spice to this launch, Activision has revealed that the Renetti pistol from Modern Warfare will be dropping in the new season. Renetti is a handgun that makes a case to leave Overkill at the door, that can be earned at Tier 15 in the Season Three Battle Pass and shall be free for all players.
The game offers a extensive assortment of weapons to its players and the devs add brand new or contemporary features for the older ones with the onset of every new season. These new firearm additions and updating of the previous ones often help expand and satisfy the game’s user base. For COD Mobile Season 3, the devs have already announced the arrival of a new submachine gun (SMG) that served as its extension from other COD titles like Modern Warfare.
Renetti is the new pistol of the Modern Warfare, quoted by Charlie Intel. This pistol is extremely powerful as it can defeat enemies with four body shots in Modern Warfare. The appearance of this pistol might change the gameplay of COD: Mobile if it actually launches in the game.
COD Mobile’s Twitter handle had earlier shared the news of a new weapon joining the COD Mobile arsenal with only its silhouette being revealed. While Activision had showcased only the outline of the weapon, the COD fan community was quick to identify it as the Renetti from Modern Warfare.
Renetti Pistol Overview :
A well rounded semi automatic 9mm pistol, this unassuming sidearm excels in close range combat, and features gunsmithing capabilities unique to the pistol class that permit a variety of engagement strategies. The Renetti blends together some of the best qualities of the pistols within the handgun class, resulting in a weapon that can fit a variety of combat scenarios despite it being a secondary weapon.
The pistol has a magazine size of 15 bullets and has a burst fire mode. Similar to its abilities in Modern Warfare, it should be upgradable to 27 rounds using the attachments in the Gunsmith.
Modern Warfare showed that the Renetti is quite impressive and can take down close-range enemies in just three bullets. At long range, the pistol requires two headshots or four body shots for a kill. Activision will release the new weapon in season three, which is slated to hit the floors on April 17. All players should be able to unlock it for free through the battle pass or a seasonal challenge.
While there was a big section of gaming community hyped up with the latest addition to COD from Modern Warfare, the response from Twitter was mixed as many users were left dispirited with the introduction of a secondary weapon instead of a primary one.
