“This is the dumbest thing ever”- Report of current WWE champions being snubbed off WrestleMania 41 card rattles wrestling fans
The current champions, who won the titles a few weeks ago, might not defend their titles at WrestleMania 41, according to reports.

Arguments between fans about WWE are common, but one thing everyone can agree on is that the SmackDown tag team division is red hot right now. The champions, The Street Profits, have a target on their backs, with teams like #DIY, Motor City Machine Guns, Pretty Deadly, and Los Garzas all waiting for a shot at the titles.
Fans were excited to see who the Street Profits would face at WrestleMania. However, according to reports from WrestleVotes, that might not happen. Montez Ford and Angelo Dawkins are now set to defend their titles on the upcoming episode of SmackDown before WrestleMania. The fans expressed their disappointment after they realized that the WWE Tag Team Titles wouldn’t be defended at the biggest stage of them all.
All five teams have played a big role in bringing the SmackDown tag team division back to life. It all started when the rivalry between Motor City Machine Guns and DIY took a nasty turn. Johnny Gargano and Tommaso Ciampa turned heel and won the titles from MCMG. Over time, Pretty Deadly and the Street Profits also joined the race to take the titles from #DIY.
As it stands The Street Profits are set to defend their titles on the #Smackdown before #WrestleMania rather than the card itself, although things could change.

On the March 14 episode of SmackDown, Ford and Dawkins defeated #DIY to win the tag team titles. Chris Sabin and Alex Shelley later became the number one contenders. If reports are accurate, the Street Profits will defend their titles against MCMG on the upcoming episode of SmackDown.
Fans were disappointed at the possibility of The Street Profits not defending their tag titles at WrestleMania
Fans have enjoyed the buildup between all the teams on the SmackDown roster, agreeing that the tag team division is thriving—unlike its counterpart. Some were disappointed that the Street Profits won’t be defending their titles at WrestleMania, while others understood WWE might have a bigger plan in mind.

One fan called it foolish that Ford and Dawkins wouldn’t defend their titles at WrestleMania. Another was annoyed that WWE planned to include Chelsea Green on the card but not the Street Profits. Some fans were also critical of Triple H. Here are some of the top fan reactions:

Triple H haven’t been the best booker as of late, dude been leaving people who should’ve been part of WrestleMania, off the card instead. He could’ve easily did a multi-man match for the Tag Titles for the RAW & SmackDown brand… pic.twitter.com/lrpZvaVybg

Many fans agreed, saying that Hunter had ruined the tag team division. One user didn’t react strongly and simply said a multi-man ladder match at WrestleMania needs to happen. Another pointed out that the main event matches might run long, which could be why the World Tag Team Title match isn’t on the WrestleMania 41 card.
Angelo Dawkins reacted after Real Madrid’s embarrassing lost to Arsenal in the UEFA Champions League quarterfinals
On April 10, the football world was shocked when Arsenal defeated 15-time UCL champions Real Madrid in the first leg of the Quarter-Finals. WWE star Angelo Dawkins, a football fan, was extremely disappointed by the Spanish giants’ unexpected loss. He responded with a motivational message on social media.

One half of the tag team champions took to X, expressing confidence in his team and believing they would definitely make a comeback. Arsenal didn’t just beat Madrid—they dominated them. Declan Rice scored two incredible free kicks, and Mikel Merino possibly sealed the tie with a third goal. However, if any team can come back from a 3–0 deficit, it’s Real Madrid.

The connection between WWE and football is strong, with many players attending WWE shows. Recently, on the March 14 episode of SmackDown, FC Barcelona’s rising star Lamine Yamal was in the audience. Additionally, Green and Drew McIntyre met legendary goalkeeper Gianluigi Buffon and attended the Nations League quarterfinal match between Germany and Italy.
