AEW All In featured a Casino Gauntlet match, the winner of which would get a shot at the AEW World Championship. The match featured several high-profile names, such as Hangman Adam Page, Kazuchika Okada, Zack Sabre Jr., and more. The match also featured the debut of former WWE superstar Ricochet.

The 35-year-old superstar recently made the switch from WWE to AEW. As usual, many fans were unhappy with this move and disagreed with the decision taken by the 35-year-old. When the AEW X account posted a video of Ricochet’s debut at All In, a fan replied to this tweet, claiming that he would be completely irrelevant in two months. The inaugural WWE Speed Champion shot back at the fan, saying that he was a nobody to be calling the AEW star irrelevant.

AEW has often been criticized for not properly following up on their new signees. While some of these wrestlers, such as Will Ospreay or Mercedes Mone, become even bigger stars, others eventually drop down to the mid-card or stop appearing on TV altogether. Even Kazuchika Okada‘s stock has severely dropped compared to his main event status in NJPW.

The former Intercontinental Champion will be making his Dynamite debut next Wednesday. Shortly after his debut, he was challenged by Don Callis for a match against Kyle Fletcher. The two shared plenty of banter on social media and are ready to go head-to-head in a few days.

Ricochet started dating Samantha Irvin, a popular WWE ring announcer for Raw, in November 2021. The couple got engaged last year, and this storyline was even used in the high-flyer’s feud against Logan Paul last summer. Shortly after his debut at AEW AllIn, the couple had an adorable interaction on social media.

Tony Khan announced during the show that the Highlight of the Night was now All Elite, meaning that he had signed with AEW. The 35-year-old responded to this post using rocket emojis. Irvin also left a comment, calling her future husband a king. The erstwhile Prince Puma responded to his fiance’s tweet, calling her a queen.

Both Ricochet and Samantha Irvin were on the Raw brand during his tenure in WWE and managed their relationship. The two of them are now working for different companies altogether. Although fans will miss seeing them together on screen, they wished the Highlight of the Night all the best for the next chapter of his career.
