Roger Federer is currently on the sidelines after suffering a knee injury earlier this year which has kept him out of tennis. The Swiss has resumed training and will be back on court for the 2021 season. Meanwhile, his son Leo Federer is on course to follow his father’s footsteps in sports.
In a biography of Federer written by Swiss journalist Simon Graf, Leo, only 6 years old, has the potential to become a future skiing star as he has been winning Ski races consistently.

The Federer family have been highly encouraged by Leo’s progress in skiing. The family currently lives in Valbella which is one of the top destinations for skiing and in Switzerland, skiing is a general trend. Roger Federer and Mirka Federer have two sets of twins. They have two 11-year old daughters, Myra and Charlene. He also has two six-year-old sons, Leo and Lennart. Although all of them go to a skiing school, it is Leo that has impressed the most.
Roger Federer revealed last year that out of his 4 children, only one was interested in tennis. However, the Swiss said that he would not pressurize his children to play tennis and support them in whichever path they choose for themselves.
Roger Federer will return to tennis after almost missing a year on tour owing to a knee injury. With Rafael Nadal equaling his record of 20 Grandslam titles, the Swiss will be looking forward to claim the Australian Open 2021 title to start his season on a strong note.
