In November, he attended Italian tenor singer Andrea Bocelli’s concert where he was brought to tears after he invited the tennis icon onto the stage and dedicated his final song to the “living legend”.

A few days ago, Federer was spotted in the stands at Wimbledon watching a few matches. He later met with British legend Andy Murray before his men’s doubles match. He then returned to his home country to attend Taylor Swift’s concert. After the event, he shared the picture with the American singer on social media.

Roger Federer reveals reason for not attending Andy Murray’s final Wimbledon match
Eight-time Wimbledon champion Roger Federer revealed the reason for not attending Andy Murray’s final match at Wimbledon. The 42-year-old said that he had other obligations already and needed to travel to his home country for the same, which made him miss the match.
However, Wimbledon’s tournament director Jamie Baker later confirmed that Federer saw Murray before the match.

I wish I could’ve been there last night but I already had obligations because I didn’t know how it was gonna all play out. I actually took an earlier flight on Tuesday to be here in case he played his singles. As I boarded the flight, I learned Andy wasn’t playing singles.
