The NASACR community has been on its toes over how the antitrust lawsuit filed by 23XI Racing and Front Row Motorsports is going to change the sport, and now everyone has an answer. The case was settled outside the court as 99% of the sports’ base wanted, with teams getting the evergreen charters they always wanted.

Michael Jordan and Denny Hamlin, alongside Bob Jenkins, fought with everything they had on the line and were rewarded for it, after an ugly courtroom battle. One of the team owners who is more relieved and happy about the settlement is Team Penske Racing’s Roger Penske. The most successful team owner in NASACR History, Rick Hendrick also shared a public statement sharing his happiness. He believes with the settlement of the sport, as well as him who no longer has to testify in court can shift the focus to growing the sport, they invested their whole career into, more.
