(Video) Ron Killings f.k.a. R-Truth Drops Multiple F-Bombs on WWE HOF’er Questioning His Recent Character shift
Ron Killings was livid after hearing Bully Ray questioning his latest promo from Raw, where he cut off his hair while burying the R-Truth gimmick.

Best known to the wrestling world by the name of R-Truth, the gimmick that made everyone laugh for years is seemingly moribund now. The man behind it, Ron Killings, has completely taken over. Killings recently joined the Busted Open Radio podcast with host Dave LaGreca and former women’s champ Natalya.
The Queen of Harts brought up how Truth aggressively hit back at Bully Ray‘s assessment of Killings’ promo on Raw, where he cut his hair off. LaGreca played that clip where Ray could be seen criticizing Killings for mentioning Truth time and time again even when he affirmed that he’s over that gimmick.
The WWE Hall of Famer mentioned he didn’t want the 53-year-old veteran to remind everyone else that he’s actively trying to ditch that funny side of himself. After listening to whatever Ray had to say, Killings completely went off on the former Dudley Boyz member. The Judgment Day alum started hurling expletives at the ECW legend, who wasn’t on the show while Killings was giving him a mouthful.
Everybody’s got somebody that’s trying to tell them who the f*ck they are. I know who I am.

WWE’s resident rapping superstar affirmed that no one is going to tell him how he should act. The Suntan Superman said that he wouldn’t be taken advantage of anymore. By the looks of it, Killings is displaying split personality at the moment. He could be the nicest person under the sun but wouldn’t hold himself back either when triggered.
Last month, Killings lost to John Cena at Saturday Night’s Main Event in what, at one point, was his second-to-last WWE match. Thanks to the overwhelming support of the WWE universe, a dark ending was avoided.
How Ron Killings plotted an unexpected return to WWE?
R-Truth’s WWE release sparked unprecedented fan outrage. It resulted in his return within a week. Reports claim that WWE president Nick Khan had to take over negotiations with Ron Killings, as he’d been ignoring many of the company’s advancements immediately days after he announced his departure on X.

Khan stepped in to handle the situation as it was pivotal to WWE and its talent pool. Killings returned at Money in the Bank and cost John Cena & Logan Paul the tag team match against Cody Rhodes and Jey Uso.
After ending up on the losing side, Paul took to Instagram and called his opponents cheaters. The Maverick jibed at their win by saying that they got the job done just because Truth screwed him and Cena over. The Westlake-born social media icon was also upset at WWE re-hiring the veteran wrestler in less than a week’s span.
Paul went on to say that no matter how much the entire locker room wanted Killings back in the company, he didn’t. The former 24/7 Champion has expressed gratitude to Triple H and Nick Khan for bringing him back to the roster but majorly thanked the WWE Universe for making it happen.
Ron Killings asked for a change in character as part of his new WWE deal
The majority of the fans are down with the kind of no-nonsense attitude Ron Killings has displayed on WWE television ever since his return. In an update from Wrestling Observer Newsletter, the North Carolina native was the one to ask for a character change as part of the negotiations for his new WWE contract.

Killings wanted to get away from R-Truth and carry his legacy forward as a more serious wrestler. At this point, there’s no word on WWE’s imminent plans for him. Who knows if the company could build him up as a serious threat to any of the reigning championship holders?

By the looks of it, Killings hasn’t been assigned a brand yet. He showed up on Raw this week and might continue doing so moving forward. His last appearance before the release was on SmackDown, where he confronted The Bloodline and was pulling husky jokes on JC Mateo in front of Solo Sikoa and Jacob Fatu.
