Ronda Rousey was one of the biggest stars to ever sign with WWE. She was part of the company until 2023 and has been on bad terms since then. Recently, the Baddest Woman on the Planet was asked about a potential WWE return now that things have been changed with the management.

Speaking with Wrestlezone, the Rowdy One reflected on her time in WWE. She expressed that she knows that things have changed now. However, her last run in the company has left a negative impression on her under the regime of Vince McMahon and the likes of Bruce Prichard and John Laurinaitis. However, most of them are not with WWE anymore, but still, the faux pas from the last run doesn’t excite her to come back to WWE ever again.

The experience was so needlessly stressful, which is why I focused so much on screenwriting and drafting novels as a refuge. I know things are a lot different now; I’ve heard from the girls that it’s much better. But it’s hard to shake that past experience and be excited to come back like I was before.

Moreover, it was not like Rousey was negative for WWE all along. She admitted that she enjoyed many of her matches and moments in the ring. However, the stress and anxiety was so much that she couldn’t focus on anything at that time. Therefore, it led to an infamous departure after competing with Shayna Baszler at SummerSlam last year. She has been open about WWE ever since. The former Women’s Champion even praised the current settings in the company under the regime of Triple H.

Besides, Ronda Rousey has been posting controversial posts against Vince McMahon for a long time. She also published a book recently in which she talked about her time in WWE. The Baddest Woman on the Planet even accused Drew Gulak of misconduct during her time in the company.

At San Diego Comic-Con 2024, Rousey announced that she had her second baby with her long-time husband, Travis Browne. Later on, she also announced the gender of her baby through an Instagram post. The Rowdy One revealed that she is once again expecting a baby girl.

Moreover, the former Women’s Champion has been trying her luck in writing. She has promised to continue her passion as a writer in the months to come. It is going to be interesting to see the upcoming work of the Rowdy One now that her family has grown.
