I put him on a song where I say even Roy Jones was forced to lean back. That was right after he got knocked out…And he’s like yo what’s up with that song, this and that, and he got the devil in his eyes…

Roy Jones Jr was unhappy with the lyrics of Ja Rule’s New York rap song, which led to the boxing legend confronting Fat Joe at a party in 2000. Jones was shocked when he heard that his friend Joe was the one who sang it. However, as of now, the two have reconciled and hold no animosity against each other. Interestingly, Jones isn’t the only one with whom Joe shares an interesting story. Joe also shares some interesting stories with Jones’ rival, Mike Tyson.

However, this was for the scheduled fight back in 2022 between Eubank Jr and Conor Benn. Interestingly, that fight didn’t happen because Benn tested positive for drugs and was subsequently suspended. However, if the fight had taken place, Eubank Jr appeared confident, as Jones provided a detailed analysis of the potential match.

It’s going to be hard for Benn to beat Chris Eubank because Chris Eubank is bigger, he’s faster, he hits harder, he’s had more experiences in really big fights. I don’t see how you’re going to beat him
