Nate Diaz and Jorge Masvidal are going to fight again, but this time inside a boxing ring. As such, their rematch has gained a significant amount of attention. However, the highlight of their recent press conference was Ryan Garcia taking over the show briefly. KingRy mainly appeared at the press conference to support his brother Sean Garcia, who is fighting on the undercard of Diaz vs. Masvidal.

Furthermore, Garcia is currently set to fight his rival Devin Haney on April 20 for Haney’s WBC super-lightweight title. This prompted Garcia to promote his own fight at the press conference and also send a message to Haney. As usual, Garcia had a colorful choice of words for Haney, which also highlighted his confidence ahead of the fight.

Garcia’s antics ahead of the fight caused people to believe the fight would be canceled. However, this did not happen, and his mental health is no longer under the microscope. However, people are not very confident about him winning, which has caused Haney to be the betting favorite.

KingRy has maintained that he has remained focused across his training camp and is confident about defeating Haney. Garcia also showed his support for his brother and stated that he would also win against his opponent. The boxer also gave a quick shoutout to the massive UFC 300 event at the end.

Garcia did not just appear at the press conference for his brother, but he also showed his support for Diaz. Similarly, the UFC star also expressed his opinion about the Garica vs. Haney fight after the press conference. As such, Nate Diaz mentioned that he is also rooting for KingRy to win the fight.

Furthermore, Diaz acknowledged that Haney was a tough opponent to beat, but still sided with Garcia. He further hoped Ryan Garcia “beats his a**” on April 20. The UFC star also predicted that he would win against Masvidal and is confident about his boxing skills.

The Stockton native felt that people underestimated his boxing skills after the Jake Paul fight, and wants to prove them wrong. Subsequently, he also mentioned that Paul himself is doing quite well as a boxer and even complimented the Mike Tyson fight.
