The legendary cricketer Sachin Tendulkar also known as Master Blaster surprised cricket fans as well as gamers as he was seen as the chief guest at Skyesports Championship 3.0 Ceremony where he met BGMI stars Mortal and Dynamo.
Esports is reaching new heights everyday and youngsters are becoming more inspired to take gaming as a profession. We have previously seen cricket stars or famous personalities trying their luck at mobile games but to hear a legendary person talking about the growth of eSports in a pandemic scenario came as a surprise to every amateur gamer who is aspiring to become a professional gamer some day.
Sachin Tendulkar joins BGMI stars at Skyesports Championship 3.0 Ceremony
Skyesports is one of the leading gaming venture in India which organises prestigious tournaments for different games. Founded in 2018, the most coveted eSports organization was recently acquired by JetSynthesys which is a Pune based digital entertainment platform backed by Sachin Tendulkar. Skyesports recently concluded their third iteration of Skyesports Championship by throwing a grand ceremony to felicitate the winners of Skyesports Championship 3.0

The chief guest at the ceremony was none other than Sachin Tendulkar. In his recent social media post, he was seen posing with BGMI stars Mortal and Dynamo which left his fans spellbound. Sachin Tendulkar is looked as an icon by the young generation. His presence at the ceremony added more charm as he commented how the eSports industry is accentuating day by day. He was quoted as saying-
"This is new India where Esports Gaming is accepted as a career option. Arjun was more excited to be here because of his friends Dynamo and Mortal and I keep on hearing these names from him on regular basis."
He also inspired the gamers to stay fit simultaneously practising gaming to make a name in the eSports industry. These words from the cricketer were music to the ears of several players who are aspiring to take up gaming as a career option and look up to Mortal and Dynamo as their inspiration.
Mortal (Naman Mathur) and Dynamo (Aadi Sawant) have become household name in the country due to their great achievements in PUBG Mobile. Mortal has made the country proud at several international tournaments of PUBG Mobile. In addition to that, he has been nominated as the finalist for ‘Streamer Of the Year’ Award at the Esports Awards 2021. Along with them, we saw other BGMI personalities such as Scout (Tanmay Singh), Jonathan (Jonathan Jude Amaral) and Payal Gaming (Payal Dhare).
Skyesports Championship 3.0 featured six gaming titles- Battlegrounds Mobile India (BGMI), Valorant, Clash of Clans, Brawl Stars and JetSynthesys’ popular cricket game Sachin Saga. The championship boasted a massive prize pool of 55 lakhs. The CEO of Skyesports Shiva Nandi and JetSynthesys vice chairman and MD Rajan Navani, awarded the winners of the tournament along with Sachin Tendulkar at Skyesports Championship 3.0 Ceremony.
