The upcoming White House event is undoubtedly among the most anticipated spectacles in UFC history, generating unprecedented hype worldwide. CEO Dana White has offered several sneak peeks emphasizing how massive the event could be for fighters and fans. As expected, many superstars want to be a part of this event; however, former middleweight champion Sean Strickland disagrees.

Strickland is currently serving a suspension from competition following a physical altercation with another fighter at an MMA event. He was recently seen on Adin Ross’ stream, where he was asked about fighting at the White House event. However, Strickland immediately shut down the idea, citing an unexpected reason, leaving viewers completely shocked.

I wanted to fight at the White House, if there was some kind of inclusion for the fans. But just to go hang out with the (expletive) Epstein list, I’m good dude.

According to several reports, the historic White House event will take place outdoors on the iconic lawn. Due to strict security protocols, the live audience will be limited to only 5000 attendees for safety reasons. The venue is expected to be filled largely by politicians, celebrities, high-profile guests, and influential figures from various industries.

The event will include huge screens in a nearby park so fans can watch the action live outside the limited seating area. White has promised that while logistics are complex, and he’s building a massive card with top talent to make the event unforgettable. Donald Trump has claimed the show could feature 8 to 9 championship fights, though White hasn’t confirmed that many title bouts yet.

Sean Strickland has long portrayed himself as a patriotic American and previously publicly supported Trump during the 2024 election. He even praised Trump at past UFC events and used pro-America rhetoric in his social media posts while backing Trump’s “America First” approach.  However, Strickland has also criticized Trump’s foreign policy and questioned his continued support, signaling a shift.

Trump’s name has appeared in Epstein-related files, according to reports fueling controversy and renewed public scrutiny. This has been suggested as a possible reason behind Sean Strickland’s lack of interest in the White House event discussions. Nevertheless, many fans have voiced strong support, praising the fighter for standing up publicly and staying true to himself despite controversy.

Sean Strickland accused of being ‘Autistic’ by UFC veteran

Sean Strickland has always been unapologetically unhinged, openly embracing controversy and confrontation throughout his career. He has never cared about backlash, criticism, or consequences before saying exactly what he feels. This unfiltered attitude has divided audiences, but also made him one of the most unpredictable, outspoken, and authentic fighters.

He has repeatedly insulted opponents during press conferences using shocking language, often derailing promotional events and drawing fines and criticism. Strickland has openly attacked journalists, fans, and even fellow fighters on podcasts without hesitation. His recent stream with Adin Ross was filled with such moments, and following that, Quinton ‘Rampage’ Jackson made a surprising comment.

I’m gonna go ahead and say it, something’s wrong with him. Autism or something, real talk.

Jackson also talked with the ‘Tarzan’ during the live stream, where Strickland used the ‘N-word’ without hesitation. Jackson is himself quite unhinged, but it seems like he didn’t expect Strickland to be like this. The fighter also made controversial comments about men’s mental health and made racist comments on Indian-origin streamer, Neon.
