Serena Williams grooved to Taylor Swift‘s songs as the tennis great attended Swift’s ‘Eras Tour’ concert on October 18 held at the Hard Rock Stadium in Miami. Williams, who previously revealed that she admires the pop star, took to her social media account to share how she enjoyed being a part of this concert.
In the video she posted on Instagram, Williams shared a glimpse of her time at the concert as Swift’s ‘You Belong To Me’ played in the background. She called herself a Swiftie, a name which is used to describe passionate fans of the 34-year-old.
Oh, just a causal Swifty over here (maybe not so causal)

Williams’ elder daughter Olympia is also a Swiftie and attended the concert with her mother and father Alexis Ohanian. It was also the seven-year-old’s first-ever concert.

Williams gave birth to daughter Olympia in September 2017 and married Ohanian in November the same year. Their second daughter, Adira River, was born in August 2023.
Serena Williams once revealed Olympia is more into Taylor Swift than princesses
At the INBOUND event this year, Serena Williams talked about how daughter Olympia adores Taylor Swift. The 23-time Grand Slam champion revealed that Olympia was not into fairy tale princesses but thinks Swift is ‘Enchanted’.
My daughter just turned 7. She’s not into princesses, she’s into Taylor Swift. I am, too.

Williams retired in 2022 at her home Grand Slam event at Flushing Meadows. She reached the third round in singles and lost to Ajla Tomljanovic in straight sets. Williams also participated in doubles. She played alongside sister Venus Williams but lost in the first round to the pair of Linda Noskova and Lucie Hradecka.
Williams has clinched 23 Grand Slam titles in singles after turning pro in 1995 and has an 858–156 record in singles. She won 14 doubles and two mixed doubles trophies in Grand Slam events.
Apart from the Grand Slam titles, the tennis great has bagged four Olympic gold medals. She took home one gold medal in singles, and the rest in doubles. The 43-year-old reached the top position in the rankings both in singles and doubles.
