Serena Williams‘ husband, Alexis Ohanian, took his two daughters, Olympia Ohanian (eight) and Adira River Ohanian (two), to a bookstore. And there he got to know their reading taste.
Ohanian often shares on his social media accounts how he spends his time with his kids, doing several activities, including making pancakes. On Sunday, he posted a video of his time with his children at a bookstore.
His eldest daughter, Olympia, picked up a comic book when another shelf was lined with business books, including a magazine with Ohanian’s photo on the cover. When Ohanian asked Olympia to look at pictures of his daddy in the business magazine, the latter straightaway declined, as instead of knowing about the INC.’s Best in Business in 2025, she was rather interested in Labubu’s world domination.
Oh my goodness, no, Olympia, don’t you want to look at some of these business books down here? No. You sure? Yeah, I know, I see you, but, Olympia, are you sure you don’t want to see that business book? No? It’s a good business magazine.
Alexis Ohanian asked Olympia
Olympia replied, “Yeah, I know it’s you. I want these. Jenna, look at this.” But Adira’s delight knew no bounds when she spotted her Papa in the magazine.
Didi, look. Didi, over there. Who’s that? Yeah. Didi, go get the book. It’s an activity book! Yay! Good job, Didi. Didi, thank you for humoring your father. Dad, do these count as books? Does Hello Kitty count as a book? Yeah. Sure, yes, it counts as a book. Yeah, okay, that counts as a book.

Andy Roddick on rumors of Serena Williams’ comeback
Serena Williams recently re-entered the doping protocols, sending shockwaves across the tennis world as people started wondering about a possible comeback of the tennis great. But Williams shut down the rumors, posting on X that she didn’t intend to return to the tour. Williams’ compatriot Andy Roddick, however, made a bold claim regarding Williams’ possible return.

It is significant. I’m sitting here as a retired player, living my life, with obviously no intention [of coming back], it’s not a reality for me, like it is for Serena. Serena could go out and win matches, Serena would go out and make a run to the second week of a Slam, I don’t think that would shock anyone. A lot of work between here and there, but that’s how I feel. I don’t think that’s a crazy thing to say. I’m sitting here as a retired person, and I’m not going, you know what, for no reason at all, I’d like to re-enter doping protocols.

Roddick called time on his singles career in 2012 after lifting the 2003 US Open and losing five other Grand Slam finals, all at the hands of 20-time Grand Slam champion Roger Federer. Williams retired the same year Federer retired, in 2022, after losing her third-round match at the US Open.
The 44-year-old last won a title at the 2020 ASB Classic by defeating compatriot Jessica Pegula. The last time she reached a Grand Slam final was at the 2019 Wimbledon, losing the match to Simona Halep, while her last Grand Slam title was the 2017 Australian Open, which she won by defeating her sister Venus Williams.
