Serena Williams‘ husband and Reddit co-founder Alexis Ohanian acknowledged the praise he received from Andy Roddick. The former American star lauded the entrepreneur for his excessive work toward the promotion of women’s sports.
Ohanian, founded his venture capital fund, Seven Seven Six, has seen the potential in women’s sports, and has been actively investing. He invested in Angel City FC, a National Women’s Soccer League (NWSL) club, and also bought a golf franchise, Los Angeles Gold Club (LAGC), last year.

So, during a recent episode on his Served with Andy Roddick podcast, the 41-year-old, while talking to the Bryan Brothers, lauded Ohanian for his contributions but also joked about how the businessman is showing off that he has been right about women’s sports the entire time.
By the way, props to Alexis Ohanian, who in the tennis world might be better known as Serena Williams’ husband. He has been one of the biggest investors in women’s sports and is now getting his ‘I told you so’ moment which is well deserved.Andy Roddick said
The 40-year-old entrepreneur joked that he will continue to be obnoxious in his support of women’s sports. Later, Roddick responded by writing “cheers,” to which Ohanian asked him to visit his family when he comes to South Florida the next time.
@andyroddick !! I'm going to keep being obnoxious about this for at least a few more years though — warning you now!Alexis Ohanian wrote

Ohanian also sat for The Pivot Podcast and discussed women’s sports. He pointed out how the investment made during Serena Williams and Venus Williams‘ time boosted viewership, and it’s evident even when the Williams sisters are not playing (Serena retired, though Venus is still playing).
If you look at the US Open, even if there is not a Williams sister in it, more Americans watch the women's US Open final than the men.Alexis Ohanian said during The Pivot Podcast
Ohanian married Serena on November 16, 2017. They have two daughters, Olympia, born on September 17, while Adira was born in August 2023.
