It was about time Angel Reese invited hip-hop star Sexyy Red on her podcast. In a recent episode, the two chatted on various things, including some humorous admissions. Apparently, the singer possessed a strong liking for the NFL, although not for reasons one would think.
Sexyy Red appeared on Angel Reese‘s podcast ‘Unapologetically Angel’ as a guest on Thursday. The show host enquired Red about her presence at a recent Jets game, asking if she liked the team. After an affirmative answer, Red revealed her inclination towards football and the team.
Reese asked if her guest liked the all-time favorites, the Kansas City Chiefs. The question met with a hilarious admission from the singer about only being an observer.

The exchange left Angel Reese in splits, as the true unapologetic answer took her aback. Sexyy Red has been spotted at various football games. Several times the singer made headlines for having been invited to games by athletes. Taking note, Reese also promised to take Red to watch one of Chicago Sky’s games.

With the invitation accepted, the fans are likely to see the duo again in the upcoming days. Angel Reese was ruled out of her rookie season after an unfortunate injury. Her early offseason did not rule out from the headlines though, as the Sky star continued to hustle through her podcast.
Angel Reese earns recognition for ‘top-athlete podcast’
When Angel Reese is not dabbling at the court, she is dabbling in her podcast studio or some other event. Recently, the Sky star also signed a deal with Reebok and is set to launch her signature shoe next year. Her much-loved podcast, Unapologetically Angel was also ranked among the top athlete-led podcasts of the year.
Angel Reese shared the post by Boardroom on her Instagram story with a brief gratitude note. The post featured several podcasts including Dwyane Wade‘s ‘The Why Podcast‘, Shaquille O’Neal‘s ‘The Big Podcast’, and more. Both the NBA greats have made appearances on Reese’s podcast.
The WNBA star does not only bring guests from the sports world but also her friends from the industry. The unfiltered conversations have truly taken over the internet. The podcast, though launched not long back, boasts about 113,000 subscribers on YouTube already.
