Netflix made immense bank off of the Greatest Roast of All Time featuring Tom Brady. There was no doubt that the event was a big hit amongst fans and a testament to it was the venue packed with the who’s who of Hollywood. Despite the commercial success of the show, it has had an adverse impact on the personal life of Brady.
The quarterback admitted that he regretted doing the roast as it took a toll on the relationship with his kids. Now, NFL Hall of Famer and ESPN analyst Shannon Sharpe echoed Tom Brady‘s sentiments and expressed his concerns on Cam Newton’s podcast regarding the impact of the roast.

Sharpe stated that after hearing the things said during the roast, Brady’s kids will not be comfortable with how their mother, Gisele Bundchen has been portrayed.
It's tough because, at the end of the day, the kids are going to see it, and they're going to see somebody saying things about their mom. So, while you and her might not...I mean, I'm sure they're great as far as doing what they can for the kids. But still, somebody's saying something bad about their mom, so that's probably the thing that he got most upset about.Shannon Sharpe said
Sharpe was alluding to the fact that despite Brady no longer having a relationship with Gisele, she is still the mother of his children and to hear her name thrown out there in a negative light, will be upsetting for them to see.
Gisele Bundchen has expressed her displeasure over Tom Brady’s roast
Brady’s ex-wife has not kept it a secret that she is disappointed with him over the roast. Sharpe’s concerns are justified and he makes a valid point, after all, the roast is on Netflix, and it is immortalized since it is in the public domain. The issue is down the road, when Benjamin, aged 14, will turn 16, and daughter Vivian, aged 11, will become a teenager.

They are likely to be mocked about the roast in school and the mental toll that it will take on them is bound to impact their perception of their father. Despite the duo being born into a comfortable situation and having two of the most famous individuals on the planet as their parents, they have been subjected to the public limelight their entire lives. The fame comes at a price and the roast has just made things worse for them.
Gisele Bundchen‘s relationship with Joaquim Valente was rumored to have ended shortly after the Netflix special aired. It was cited as one of the reasons for him to end the relationship as he is a private person and the roast ended up putting him under public scrutiny and alleged him as the reason for Brady’s marriage ending. Brady has made it clear that he would not partake in a roast again, however, the damage seems to have already been done.
