Shannon Sharpe has built a career in broadcasting on the basis of a flamboyant and hilarious style of debating with other analysts. Those character traits are a continuation of his time in the NFL and the inaugural season of Hard Knocks. A few hours ago, his official Instagram account led to some NSFW moments being broadcast live. To this a former ESPN host responded in the most hilarious way possible.
Throughout that live, where only those joining in could only hear the audio, Shannon Sharpe apparently mentioned the name ‘Michelle’. To this, current FanDuel TV host and former ESPN anchor Michelle Beadle had a hilarious response.
It was not me.Beadle clarified.
Michelle Beadle seems like she was poking fun at the Hall of Famer. She and the world know how this live session could harm his career. It seems she tried to lighten it up.
Messages on the live session from fans, friends and some known sporting stars showed they tried to notify and inform Sharpe. But it seems he was unable to hear them as he was focused on his ‘act’. As it was being broadcasted without his knowledge, the live went on for a long time.
The 3-time Super Bowl winner does have a reputation of being active in his intimate life. He has also unabashedly talked about it in public. But this apparent mishap will probably lead to some uncomfortable discussions at work.
ESPN colleagues make light of the situation Shannon Sharpe is in
ESPN is known to have a hard hand when it comes to personal conduct and how it affects the network’s public image. Probably knowing this, some ESPN colleagues joined in to make light of this situation.
Man, when is the next episode of Night Cap Show? That mug gonna be (with a fire emoticon)!!!ESPN NFL analyst and Super Bowl Champion Ryan Clark wrote.
Beads.Another NFL analyst at the network Damien Woody wrote.
That last comment with a laughing GIF show that Sharpe’s colleagues are poking fun at him. As they know this was a part of his life no one would want to see or hear live.

The last time an ESPN employee went live to show his frisky side of life, he was promptly fired. That too despite being a respected analyst who improved the ratings of the show. Other ESPN employees have been led to the door for speaking up about topics the network does not associate with.
Therefore, it is unclear how ESPN will react to it. Shannon Sharpe might have to put an end to this in the most professional way possible. But maybe these comments from current and former employees might help him stay.
