Rolls Royce Cullinan and Shaquille O'Neal

NBA legend Shaquille O’Neal has been known for his top-notch performances in the sport of basketball for his entire career. However, recently O’Neal shared an interesting story on the Big Podcast that involved gambling his $500k Rolls Royce Cullinan over a 3-point shooting contest in return for a Maybach with one of his rich friends.

O’Neal claimed on the podcast that he had just “one shot” to make in the bet for the Maybach and “had no pressure” while making the 3-point shot. O’Neal also claimed he won the Maybach as his friend stuck to his words and gave him the luxurious car. Notably, O’Neal also asserted that he’s not much of a “gambler” on the podcast alongside the host, Adam Lefkoe.

I've never been a really good gambler. The biggest bet I had was I bet a guy one time, one of my rich friends, that I could get his Maybach if I hit a three. And if I miss a three, he could have my Cullinan.
On the Big Podcast, Shaquille O’Neal said

Lefkoe then questioned him.

And did it go in?
Adam Lefkoe asked

O’Neal was quick to respond.

Of course. I have a Maybach now.
Shaquille O’Neal said

In addition, Lefkoe made fun of their previous 3-point shootouts, which Shaq was said to have lost. O’Neal, meanwhile, mockingly brushed these accusations aside and insisted that the video had been altered. However, without proof, it would be difficult to believe O’Neal lost a 3-point contest even at this age against Lefkoe.

Shaquille O’Neal revealed he played only “30 percent of his real game”

Shaquille O’Neal was one of the most dominant players in the NBA during his time, winning many NBA titles and personal accolades in his career. However, O’Neal recently revealed to Shams Charania of The Vertical that he played only “30 percent” of his real game. In addition, O’Neal was undefendable in the NBA in his prime.

I only played 30 percent of my real game. I had a great career, but I didn't get a chance to showcase what I can really do. That's because the double- and triple-teams were coming so quick, I had to dominate, dominate, dominate inside. I had the ability to step out, go around defenders, dribble by people, but I never got to show that.
Shaquille O’Neal told Shams Charania

O’Neal had a great career despite injuries taking a toll on him due to his large body and height. He put up immense numbers despite playing fewer matches than many NBA greats. However, one could only imagine how O’Neal would have played with “100 percent of his real game” rather than playing only “30 percent of his real game.”
