Shedeur Sanders has made quite an impression on the East-West Shrine Staff. I’ve talked to 4 people on staff, they all say he’s been pleasant to work with and willing to do whatever they ask of him. Sanders will attend the remaining practices but isn’t participating.

Turron Davenport reported

The top teams in the 2025 NFL Draft asked Shedeur Sanders to refrain from practicing

This decision is influenced by the requests made by the Tenneessee Titans, Cleveland Browns, and the New York Giants; teams with the top three picks in the draft. They reached out to the quarterback and asked him to not practice. Sanders met with all three teams on Friday before practice commenced on Saturday for prospects.

All three teams are open to the idea of taking him with their picks. It is interesting to see the Cleveland Browns in the mix for selecting a new quarterback considering they have Deshaun Watson who still has two years left on his deal. With respect to the meetings, Davenport reported that the quarterback’s meeting with the Titans went well. The tides are turning in Sanders’ favor and his odds of going number 1 overall continue to increase.

Apart from Tennessee, the Giants are hopeful of selecting Sanders. The team’s HC Brian Daboll was seen shaking hands with the quarterback. Fans were optimistic of the franchise making a good call and bringing him into The Big Apple.
