Mikaela Shiffrin is a double Olympic gold medallist and World Champion alpine skier. She is a four-time Overall World Cup champion, a four-time world champion in slalom, and a six-time winner of the World Cup discipline title in that event.
Apart from that, she is also the youngest slalom champion in Olympic alpine skiing history, at only 18 years. Shiffrin has won World Cup races in ladies’ slalom, parallel slalom, giant slalom, super-G, downhill, and alpine combined. She is the youngest skier—male or female—to win 50 World Cup races, doing so at the age of 23 years and 9 months.
However, she recently showed off her skills in an unexpected place- not on the snow but on the beach- as she played beach soccer with her boyfriend. And needless to say, she’s got skills.

It is very apparent that Shiffrin knows her way around a soccer ball. The video is a perfect combination of two very interesting skills- skiing and soccer. She pulls off a nice Maradonna turn and shows that she’s got some decent footwork, but then gets absolutely owned when Aamodt Kilde nutmegs her into next week according to unnofficialnetworks.com.
Posting a reel on Instagram, she captioned it “Sits still on the beach for 3.5 min. Ok soooo…. you wanna do something?” Well, she definitely did, and impressed the world with her skill.
