Rapper Snoop Dogg left in awe as Luka Doncic trash talks the Minnesota Timberwolves fans

Luka Doncic seems possessed from the minute he stepped on the floor today. Game 4 did not go as Doncic had planned. As such, the Slovenian star made it a point to talk trash all throughout the game. He taunted the Minnesota Timberwolves fans after every tough shot. Rapper Snoop Dogg remained in awe as he was a direct spectator to one such rant.

The Mavericks have surpassed all expectations this season. In the 3rd quarter of Game 5, even with the Mavericks up by 34, Luka Doncic was not about to let up. He drove to the rim and put up a tough shot while drawing a foul. That led to this rant:

Yeah, who's crying motherf**ker?

This was actually directed to the silent Minnesota Timberwolves fans. However, Snoop Dogg sat in the direct line of that rant. Hearing this, the rapper ended up laughing hysterically.

He knew Luka Doncic was annihilating the Timberwolves for much of the game. The Slovenian superstar took the criticism of his game 4 performance and used it as a motivation against the younger Timberwolves. That was evident in the first quarter when Doncic alone outscored the entire opposition.

Again, in the 2nd half, Doncic continued his onslaught, ensuring that the Wolves did not get to within striking distance of the Mavericks. After taking the blame for the game 4 loss, Doncic showed today why he was a frontrunner in the MVP race.

Luka Doncic leads the Dallas Mavericks back to the NBA Finals after 13 years

Luka Doncic and the Dallas Mavericks tried to reach the NBA Finals in 2022. They also ended up missing the playoffs altogether last season. So, for Doncic and his superstar teammate Kyrie Irving to lead their team back to the NBA Finals for the 1st time in 13 years is remarkable. When Irving was brought in via trade, everyone in the basketball universe questioned if this duo would work.

However, Luka Doncic did two things. First, he ceded the team leadership role to Irving. Second, he decided to learn from the former NBA Champion about how to maximize his potential. That parlayed into an MVP front-running campaign in the regular season. Most importantly, it brought out a Western Conference Finals MVP performance for the 25-year-old.

This and the overall team chemistry have brought them to fight for an NBA Title. Now they rest and will face the Boston Celtics next week. It is an uphill task, but defeating the Celtics and winning the finals will make Doncic the next ‘Face of the NBA.’
