Serena’s qualification is set to be confirmed after the conclusion of the Rome Open 2021 where she will make her Clay debut of 2021.

Apart from Serena and Sofia, players like Madison Keys, Alison Riske, Jessica Pegula and teen sensation Coco Gauff are in line for the qualification for the Olympics.
