This week’s SmackDown was the aftermath of explosive Money in the Bank. In the first half, a flip-flop Solo Sikoa made it clear that his intentions lie in making an impact by the end of the night. Unsurprisingly, he wanted to get his hands on the Undisputed Championship. Therefore, in the main event, he had a face-off with Cody Rhodes.
The American Nightmare, with no afterthought, challenged Solo Sikoa for a fight. The Tribal Heir was at ease with the members of the Bloodline in the ring. The faction blasted heavy artillery at the Undisputed Champion. As expected, the latter got the aid of his long-time mentor, Randy Orton. However, that was not enough, as Jacob Fatu destroyed the Viper single-handedly.
It was not the end, as the Bloodline decided to make the Apex Predator pay for sticking his nose in their business. They assaulted Cody Rhodes and then smashed the Legend Killer on the announcement table. It was an emotional moment for the American Nightmare as he was yelling “Take me” throughout the ambush. The show ended with crooked Bloodline standing tall over a tormented Viper.
Before the assault, Rhodes even agreed to give Solo Sikoa a title shot at SummerSlam. As the show ended, Fatu embraced the self-proclaimed Tribal Chief with Ula Fala while the crowd was chanting, “We Want Roman.” It was another chaotic turn of events in Bloodline Saga after they kicked out Paul Heyman. All eyes are now on SummerSlam, where the return of the real Tribal Chief Roman Reigns, is much awaited.
What happened after Bloodline’s devastating attack on Cody Rhodes and Randy Orton?
Following SmackDown went off the air, WWE released some clips of the aftermath of the mayhem of the Bloodline. After executing wreckage on the top two stars, Solo Sikoa and his company had no remorse and no respect. The Tribal Heir even went on to make some bold comments after the ambush and claimed to be the man now.
Sikoa walked to the back, saying he would be taking it all. He called himself the man, and SmackDown was his show. He went on to say that he would be running things around as he passed by. The other members of the Bloodline were also pretty confident as they gave a death stare into the camera, including fierce Jacob Fatu who showed no signs of fear for the consequences.
I'm taking it all. I'm taking it all. I want it all. I'm the man now. This is my show. This is my way. I run it all,Solo Sikoa via X
With that being set and done, Sikoa has finally usurped the throne of the Tribal Chief. He is getting the heat from the fans, and many have already acknowledged him. In fact, the 31-year-old has already declared war against Roman Reigns and has made it clear that he has no respect for the Head of the Table. It is going to be interesting to see the aftermath of this havoc on Friday night.
