A while ago, the idea of Bray Wyatt leading a faction of his own was broached. However, it just never got to fruition. But no more. WWE is planning to honor the indelible mark the deceased soul has left upon his fans in a staggering way. The recent inclusion of QR codes in WWE programming has spawned a ray of hope among the fans.
And as per an update from PWInsider, five names are currently listed to be a part of the faction that’s being rumored to debut soon. The names include Wyatt’s brother, Bo Dallas, Erick Rowan, Dexter Lumis, Joe Gacy, and Nikki Cross. Despite speculation that Alexa Bliss could potentially reprise her role as the sister Abigail in the yet-to-debut group, she’s not in the mix as of now.
The outlet further relayed that it’s yet to be confirmed if the mentioned names will be portraying some new personas. Until the unit makes it to television, WWE could likely tweak their plans. Nonetheless, it needs to be seen how everything falls into place. It all began with the epilogue of Windham Rotunda‘s documentary. In hindsight, it was a deliberate move by WWE to ensue the process of bringing back Bray’s elements to their on-screen product.
The planned faction is expected to be spearheaded by Taylor Rotunda, aka Bo Dallas. He was the man behind Uncle Howdy. But it’s still under wraps whether WWE will continue with that character or if something more eerie beckons. The incessant QR code spamming doesn’t seem to have reached a point where WWE is ready to put the faction on TV just yet. However, the end is near.
Planned Bray Wyatt-inspired faction can draw similarities to his WWE return in 2022
Those who were there for the ride know how euphoric it was to witness Bray Wyatt‘s return to WWE in 2022. The creative was laid out on similar lines, as WWE kept dropping QR codes at random during live shows.
It eventually led to a White Rabbit asking the fans to tune into the Extreme Rules PLE. Just when the show was about to go off-air, the lights went off, and what transpired after that is history. The Eater of Worlds emanated following the reincarnation of his Firefly Funhouse characters.
This time around, WWE has a golden opportunity to orchestrate a similar feat. The fans are already hooked on what’s being told by the prevailing QR codes. The question is: how long until those witchy figures show up in person?
