The NFL offseason has been truly dramatic. In the latest update, Stefon Diggs has filed a lawsuit against his ex-girlfriend, reality TV star Mulan Hernandez, and her friend Brianna “Brii” Mack, according to Harris County court documents obtained on Wednesday, February 26. The six-count complaint accuses Hernandez of physical assault, extortion, property destruction, trespassing, and making threats with a deadly weapon.
The Houston Texans wideout alleges that on June 7, Hernandez and Mack arrived at his apartment, where Hernandez refused to leave and damaged his wristwatch and PC gaming system. According to the lawsuit, Hernandez later visited a Houston hospital for minor injuries but initially denied being physically harmed.
However, during a second hospital visit on June 14, she allegedly claimed that someone had punched her in the back of the head, with Mack present at the time.
In response to these alleged incidents, the former Bills player is seeking $250,000 in damages, citing harassment, threatening remarks, and destruction of property. His legal team has also demanded that Hernandez be held financially responsible for what they describe as her “misconduct.”
Diggs’ attorney, Kent Schaffer, further elaborated on the lawsuit in an interview with Chron:
There were threats coming from [Mulan] that he had to pay her money or she was going to go public and ruin his career. We’re kind of at the point where the threats have to stop. That’s why the decision was made to go ahead and file…At some point, it just has to end.

Diggs claims she punched him in the chest several times … and said, "You won't be playing this year" — which he took as a threat on his pro career.

Mulan Hernandez hits back with a different POV
Mulan Hernandez, however, is telling a different side of the story. In a lengthy statement shared on her Instagram feed, she insisted that the truth would come out. Hernandez, born Mia Jones, claimed that on June 7, Stefon Diggs allegedly assaulted her from behind, causing a concussion.

In the post, she also put up a medical document including her principal diagnosis, instructions, and prescription medications as proof of her claim.
Months later, when the mediations HIS LEGAL TEAM REQUESTED did not plan out in his favor, I was struck with this FABRICATED STORY publicly. This is clearly an attempt to try and get ahead of the truth that is to come. I WILL NOT BE INTIMIDATED NOR SILENCED. Having to relive this moment is very traumatic for me, especially in my time of healing. Domestic violence is something I do not wish on anyone, and everything that is done in the dark will come to light.

As for Brianna Mack, she has still not spoken up about the incident or the charges yet. Stefon Diggs, however, seemed to have moved on including rumors with Cardi B among others.
