The biggest event of the summer wasn’t going to go down without a big surprise, and the crowd got exactly that. Before the show started, Triple H addressed and hyped the crowd for SummerSlam. After the match between Bron Breakker and Sami Zayn concluded, Hunter’s wife, Stephanie McMahon, was captured on camera enjoying the show from the crowd.
As soon as the camera panned toward her, the whole arena erupted, happy to see her back in WWE. She looked happy and in good shape. This time, Stephanie McMahon was seated in the crowd, unlike at WrestleMania XL, when she came out and addressed the audience on Night 2.
The Billion Dollar Princess had been absent from WWE for quite a while. In July 2022, she became the chairwoman after her father, Vince McMahon, retired from the company. Months later, the promotion’s founder returned, while Steph resigned from her position. In January, she was named as one of the key individuals aware of the alleged misdeeds of her father.
However, since appearing at the Hall of Fame ceremony and WrestleMania XL itself, she has made many appearances. Steph was seen at the 2024 WWE Draft and even announced the picks for the first round. Moreover, she appeared in back-to-back shows a few weeks ago, sitting in the crowd with her daughters.
