On Wednesday afternoon, Shawn Michaels and The Undertaker made unannounced appearances at the WWE Headquarters. During a meeting featuring top-level executives, the legendary duo surprised their friend and CCO, Triple H. Michaels revealed that his former DX partner would be headlining this year’s WWE Hall of Fame class. Also in attendance at WWE HQ was Triple H’s wife, Stephanie McMahon, who penned down her thoughts on the revelation.

Taking to her X account, McMahon wrote that she, like her husband, was surprised by the announcement. After expressing her gratitude to Michaels and Undertaker, the former WWE chairwoman congratulated The Game. Moreover, she asserted that his induction into the Hall of Fame was a well-deserved one and a long time coming.

You got me too @ShawnMichaels and @undertaker! It is my honor to witness your brotherhood. Thank you for making the Executive Decision because you know Paul never would!

Without doubt, Stephanie McMahon played an important role in shaping the Cerebral Assassin’s legendary career over the years. Their relationship translated on-screen, as many considered them one of the most powerful couples in WWE.

The 55-year-old was on top of the company for decades, winning several championships and headlining a number of events. Unfortunately, the legendary wrestler couldn’t retire on his terms. A genetic heart condition forced Hunter to bid adieu to his career in 2022, famously leaving his boots inside the ring at WrestleMania 38. Months later, the King of Kings replaced his father-in-law, Vince McMahon, as the company’s Head of Creative.

Since then, he’s contributed massively to the ongoing boom period that the promotion is currently going through. As such, during this year’s WrestleMania weekend, Triple H will join an illustrious list of legends and become a 2x WWE Hall of Famer. In 2019, the fourteen-time World Champion was inducted into the class, alongside the D-Generation X faction.

Since the start of the year, WWE has not shied away from collaborating with people from outside industries. Whether it be actors or streamers, the promotion has been open to joining forces with some of the most popular celebrities in the world.

On the latest edition of Raw, Kai Cenat became the latest name to appear on WWE programming. The popular streamer made his entrance during the commercial break and cut a promo in front of the live crowd. Reacting to this on X, Triple H posted a photo of himself alongside Cenat. Furthermore, HHH looked pleased with how Cenat’s ‘debut’ turned out.

Cenat was invited to this Saturday’s Royal Rumble by Pat McAfee, which he instantly accepted. Another streamer who will be in attendance for the event is IShowSpeed. Needless to say, the chaotic duo will certainly generate buzz around the PLE as WWE is set to kickstart its road to WrestleMania 41.
