Simone Biles set Paris alight with another electric display of her phenomenal showdown in the women’s gymnastics, both in individual and team events as she landed three golds and one silver. Impressed by her iconic showdown in Paris, American Sports TV personality Stephen A. Smith labelled her as the GOAT while unpicking her journey to the pinnacle, one performance at a time.

Talking on his podcast, Stephen A. Smith underlined what makes Biles the true great. From emphasizing her comeback to the yard, to how she went onto overcome every single obstacle along the way, no matter how big or small, Smith made it clear that she has been unparalleled in her journey to greatness.

She’s earned more national titles and more world championship medals than any man or woman in history. She has a combined total of 41 World and Olympic medals. If impact on her sport is a measure consider this y’all: Biles has five skills named after her... It’s one thing to go on with your life. It’s another thing entirely to go from 2021 having to step away from Olympics competition and coming back just three years later and resuming what the h*ll you were doing beforehand.
Stephen A. Smith said

With Smith being a critical analyzer of everything sport, ideally, when he labels someone as a GOAT, it goes without saying that the individual brilliance of the one in discussion has crossed all possible limits. Simone Biles did indeed pull off the unthinkable as she came back from an injury to ensure the fact that she is adding further to her already bedecked tally.
