Stephen Curry‘s numerous tattoos that are allegedly victory symbols are no secret from his fans. The Golden State Warriors star’s godsister Cameron Brink makes revelation about the tradition. As shared by the WNBA star, it is a ritual followed by the entire Curry family after major wins.
On Tuesday’s episode of Straight to Cam, Cameron Brink, Sydel Curry and ESPN’s Malika Andrews made a conversation about tattoos. Both podcasters admitted to having tattoos, with Brink sharing that she got all of hers with the Currys.
Sydel elaborated on their tradition to celebrate a significant win with inks and ‘tattoo parties’. Not just Stephen Curry, the entire family sits down for tattoos made by Nino Lapid especially after Championships. “We have tattoo parties. Especially after every championship, we’ve had Nino Lapid,” shared Sydel Curry.
Cameron Brink has expressed her involvement with the Currys several times in the past. Besides having shared activities with them, she also credited her interest in basketball to the family. The budding star is currently journeying to finding a firm ground in the WNBA. After an abrupt end to her rookie season, she is presently involved in the Unrivaled League and preparing for a comeback in her sophomore season.
Meanwhile, Stephen Curry and the Warriors have resurged this season after the inclusion of Jimmy Butler. They have a 31-27 record and are aiming to secure a spot in the playoffs. If they make the playoffs and the Finals, Cameron Brink and the Currys might get another tattoo.
