Long-time rivals LeBron James and Stephen Curry sensationally teamed up for the USA as a part of the 2024 Paris Olympics. Both stars seem to have a great connection on the court, as seen in the pre-exhibition games. The offense of Team USA is running through James because of his great playmaking skills. Meanwhile, Curry is handling the scoring part with his great shooting skills.
Recently, Stephen Curry spoke with the Athletic’s Joe Vardon. In the interview, Curry talked about his combination with LeBron James. He mentioned the skills he and James possess and how useful they will be for the USA. With both James and Curry in the lineup, the USA can unlock many options in its offense. The four-time NBA champion revealed a sneak peek of what to expect.

James has been great on offense, along with Kevin Durant. Both stars had singlehandedly controlled the scoring of the game against Serbia. On the other hand, Curry has had poor shooting form in recent games. Team USA are certainly the favorites and are still unbeaten in the tournament. They need the team at full strength to win the gold medal.

Stephen Curry is making his Olympics debut this year as a part of Team USA. Curry was seen practicing hard during Team USA practice scrimmage in Vegas. He even had some great performances in the pre-exhibition games for his country.
However, as soon as the main stage of the Olympics started, fans saw Curry struggling with his shot. It is a rare sight to see Curry missing shots during games. He has even dropped to an efficiency of 25% in the last four games. Curry hopes to get his shooting form back as the USA aims for the gold.
Curry has the ability to dictate the outcome of games all by himself. Fans have seen him do the same for the Golden State Warriors and could expect the same this Olympics. Team USA defeated Brazil to advance further in the tournament. Curry ended the game with 7 points, once again failing to create an overwhelming impact.
