Steve Kerr admits it’s ‘comforting’ having Steph Curry on Team USA: “We’ll run some of the actions we run in Golden State for him”
Stephen Curry will be playing for Team USA after a gap of 10 years.

Steve Kerr coached Team USA for the FIBA Tournament 2023 last year, in which they had a disappointing performance and came fourth. Now he has again been appointed as the Head Coach for the stacked Team USA for the 2024 Paris Olympics, consisting of NBA superstars and veterans like LeBron James, Stephen Curry, Kevin Durant and Kawhi Leonard.
Kerr will be playing alongside his Golden State Warriors mentee Stephen Curry. Both have been the core of the four dominant championship victories of the Warriors in the last decade. They are again going to be together and this time for Team USA. During the Team USA media conference, Kerr expressed his feeling about Curry being on Team USA as ‘comforting.’ He even stated that they are gonna run some of the moves that they did in Golden State.

Steve Kerr will try to utilize all his coaching experience with Stephen Curry and will try to bring the best out of him. Kerr was also excited to see Curry team up with his long-time rival LeBron James. He even expressed his excitement about the same in the media. It will be fun to see how Kerr manages to put both the superstars together and find a rhythm.
It will be a delight to see all these superstars and veterans play together for Team USA. As they aim to bring the gold for the USA. Their first exhibition match is going to be against Team Canada who have Shai Gilgeous-Alexander. It will be a great contest for the basketball fans.

LeBron James will be turning 40 this year and is still staying strong in the NBA. Now he is going to be a part of the Team USA for the 2024 Paris Olympics.
With Steve Kerr appointed as the head coach of Team USA, he expressed his excitement to be alongside James. During Day 1 of the Team USA practice, Kerr was blown away seeing how hard James has been practicing at the age of 39. He expressed his thoughts during an interview with NBA insider Mark Medina.

The current Team USA is so stacked that many people have compared them to the “Dream Team” of 1992 which included stars like Michael Jordan, Magic Johnson and Larry Bird. Team USA is going to be a force to be reckoned with in the coming Olympics.
