Murder Chargesheet against Sushil Kumar says he wanted supremacy amongst others

Sushil Kumar has seen complete hatred after his actions previously with a fellow wrestler. The Olympian has been accused of planning and executing a murder of Sagar Dhankar. He was taken under arrest a few months back and now the honourable court has filed a chargesheet against the wrestler.
The Indian wrestler has previously won the Arjuna Award in 2005, the Rajiv Gandhi Khel Ratna Award, and the Padma Shri in 2011. Not only that, but he has also won medals in Olympics. In Beijing Olympics 2008 he had won the Bronze medal and made India proud. In the 2010 World Wrestling Championships, he had won the gold medal. In the 2012 London Olympics, he became a silver medalist but since then his career has seen downfall.
The chargesheet says:

“Sushil Kumar was considered a guru by all wrestlers getting training in Chhatrasal Stadium, but murmurs that he was scared of the two tenants occupying his wife’s flat made him feel betrayed and, thus, he nursed a deep grudge for loss of respect in the eyes of his students”
“Sushil Kumar is an Olympian, and he was well known and respected in the country. This act on the part of Sonu and Sagar was taken by him as a challenge to his authority and hurt his ego badly. He felt a loss of respect”
“Relations between Sushil, and Sagar and Sonu became bitter. Tensions rose as there were murmurs in the stadium that Sushil… despite being such a big wrestler/name, was scared of Sagar and Jaibhagwan. Accused Sushil had suspicion that some of the trainee wrestlers of Chhatrasal stadium were giving information about his movements to Sagar and Jaibhagwan… which enraged him. He started planning to strike them hard to teach them a lesson and re-establish his supremacy.”
The report says that the police has chargesheeted 13 people under IPC Section 302 (Punishment for Murder), Section307 (Attempt for murder), 147 (Punishment for rioting), and 120 (B) (Criminal Conspiracy among other sections). The number of witnesses in the case count to around 155 which is more than enough to prove the crime.
After the chargesheet was released, Sushil Kumar’s lawyer has given his statement as well.
“We have come to know that the chargesheet has been filed in court. However, we have not been supplied a copy… We will chalk out a defence strategy only after going through it, along with statements of witnesses. We are confident that it will not hold ground in the court of law as Sushil is not involved in the offence as alleged by the investigating agency.”
