American mixed martial artist Brian Martin Ortega was born on February 21, 1991. He competes in the Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC) Featherweight class. First-degree Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu black belt holder Ortega has been a professional fighter for more than 13 years. He has competed in various leagues, including the RFA, where he held the featherweight title. He was the first person to defeat Frankie Edgar at UFC 222 in 2018.
