American mixed martial artist Chael Sonnen is a legend of the sport and has spent many years competing in the Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC) and Bellator. He is renowned for his violent fighting style, blunt demeanor, and iconic verbal abuse against opponents.

Sonnen made his UFC debut in 2009 and had a long and fruitful career as a middleweight and light heavyweight fighter in the promotion. He won against notable fighters such as Michael Bisping, Yushin Okami, Brian Stann, and Nate Marquardt. He also competed for UFC titles on numerous occasions but got defeated by Jon Jones once in the light heavyweight division and twice by Anderson Silva in the middleweight division.
