He was born in Corning, California, to Clarence Reddick and Geri Reddick on January 11, 1996. He is married to Alexa De Leon and has a son named Beau Reddick. Reddick is one of the most skill-full dirt racers on the Cup grid.

He made his NASCAR debut on April 2013 at the Rockingham Speedway. He drove for Ken Schrader Racing. The TRD driver made his Xfinity Series debut in 2017 for RCR after spending three full-time seasons with Brad Keselowski racing in the third tier. He signed a full-time deal with JRM in 2018 and moved to RCR full-time the very next season. Reddick debuted in the Cup series in the 2019 Daytona 500 and made his full-time debut in 2020 with RCR. He joined 23XI Racing for the 2023 season.
