However, it wasn’t all glory since the beginning and Tavia Hunt, wife of Chiefs owner Clark Hunt has a lot to say about that. Taking to Instagram the former shares a heartwarming message for the team while shutting down foulplay allegations.

Time and again, the Chiefs Quarterback Patrick Mahomes and the team have been accused of receiving favoritism from the referees. Following their perfect 15-02 season and subsequent AFC Championship win, the Chiefs have faced increased scrutiny. The team owner Clark Hunt’s wife Tavia Hunt takes to Instagram to finally address the rumors.

Taking the stats into evidence, she challenged people to refer to the data. With gratitude for their success, Hunt pointed out that no favoritism or ‘black magic’ was behind their accomplishments.

The message came betwixt an emotional message from Tavia Hunt reliving the difficult journey of the team. Feeling the effects of being overwhelmed, she reminded people of the evolution of the team since 2012. That year, the team had only won 2 games in addition to suffering the tragic loss of Jovan Belcher. Picking up the pieces, she shared the moment Hunt had hired coach Andy Reid, also crediting Brett Veach and Mark Donovan for the Chiefs that are today.

Rightfully, that was the turning point of the team’s history. The Chiefs went on to breaking records and making playoffs in the next five seasons. Additionally, the team now stand at the edge of a three-peat. Next up the Chiefs will butt heads with the Philadelphia Eagles on February 9.

Clark Hunt’s wife Tavia doubles down with proofs over referee controversy

The claims regarding biased decisions over the Chiefs’ win have been pouring in and Tavia Hunt is not having it. Fans from all around allege that Patrick Mahomes and the team have been getting plenty calls that benefit them. In a recent story, Chiefs owner Clark Hunt’s wife clapped back by reposting a video explaining what exactly went down in the Chiefs vs. Bills AFC match.

Tavia Hunt seemed to be endorsing all that was claimed in the aforementioned video. The clip, made by Frank Michael Smith, thrashed the conjectures and alleged that Bills were the one to blame for their loss. Instead, the clip seems to accuse people of bias, such as Dave Portnoy, who had money to gain from the Bills’ win.

In a separate incident, Tavia Hunt shared a post by Drue Tranquill addressing Portnoy’s allegations of NFL match-fixing. Adding on to it, she wrote that he did not understand it and the ruling had been passed. The Chiefs beat the Bills by a close 32-29, making it harder for the fans to accept the loss.
