Philadelphia Eagles solely dominated the Super Bowl LIX against the Kansas City Chiefs in a 40-22 win. The historic moment was met with an overly enthusiastic crowd of fans who lit up the whole city to enjoy the feat. The celebration soon turned a disastrous turn as the mob ripped the Chiefs’ jersey while throwing slurs at Taylor Swift.
After the Eagles’ terrific performance at the Super Bowl, Philadelphia was expected to get alive and lively. However, things went way out of bounds when fanatical fans directed their excitement towards wreckage at the opposing team’s expense. In a video surfacing on the internet, a mob of proud green was burning a Chiefs jersey while crushing it on the ground.
While it caught fire, the crowd chanted abuse directed at Taylor Swift and jumped in a circle around it. That was only the tip of the iceberg as violence continued to grow in Philadelphia, per various videos circulating on the internet. A multitude of fans took to the city center to celebrate the franchise’s second Super Bowl win.
Some fans decided to jump on street poles and traffic lights on the corner of Broad Street and Pine Street. Meanwhile, others popped champagne and lit fireworks to express delight. Some others found gratification in destroying a police van or climbing on top of a garbage truck. The fans also did not hesitate to make the ambulance their dance floor.

The Eagles fandom has gained status for being violent and riotous on every momentous occasion much less than the Super Bowl. In the past, the proceedings have also taken tragic routes that have turned out to be fatal for people.
Prior to the big game day, Philadelphia mayor Cherelle Parker addressed the people about the issue and urged them to be responsible. In a press conference, she requested the people to avoid all the things they eventually did when their team grabbed the championship title.

Days prior to the event, the Eagles fans made headlines for openly expressing their detest towards Taylor Swift. Per reports, some people have gone to the lengths of ordering custom-made “slur, Taylor Swift” t-shirts that they planned on wearing to the big game. To further imply their team, the NSFW t-shirts also had the Eagles logo in the center.
