Donald Trump and Taylor Swift got different receptions from the crowd inside the New Orleans Caesars Superdome. The pop icon arrived in NOLA to cheer for her boyfriend and Kansas City Chiefs tight end Travis Kelce.

Swift wore a white top and blue jeans shorts, cowboy-inspired footwear, and topped the look off with an oversized white blazer. As an accessory, she wore her viral T necklace from the Grammys a few days earlier.

The 35-year-old singer was accompanied by her family and good friend Ice Spice to the VIP suite. When the jumbotron inside the stadium showed Taylor Swift for the first time, instead of receiving a massive ovation, she faced screeching boos.

She was genuinely surprised by the hostile reception from the Super Bowl LIX crowd in NOLA. The side eye expressed everything.

Swift wasn’t the only celebrity to make their way to Louisiana for Super Bowl LIX. President Donald Trump announced in advance that he will be present on February 9.

Trump became the first sitting president to attend a Super Bowl. The 78-year-old was accompanied by his daughter Ivanka Trump to their VIP lounge. A loud cheer similar to the Alabama-Georgia game in 2024 roared down the stands inside the Superdome.

Swift wasn’t in the vicinity, so she was fortunately spared from experiencing the cheers.

Trump loves the Mahomes family

Before the game, an interview with Donald Trump went viral in which he can be heard saying that he loves the Chiefs quarterback Patrick Mahomes.

I guess you have to say that when a quarterback wins as much as [Mahomes] has won, I have to go with Kansas City.
