After his first round match in a post match interview Andy shared how he got irritated when the audience started making noises amidst the match. At first he thought they were booing at him because some people were booing at him when he was practicing a day before.

But he later understood that they were making the sound ‘Siuu’ which is Spanish for yes. This is similar to the cheer the crowd does for Cristiano Ronaldo when he scores. Andy also received plenty of support in the match but that Siuu sound irritated him.

“That’s painful stuff there, those guys. Initially, I thought it was (jeering), because there were some people booing during my practice yesterday. I have no idea what for. But then after a few times it was like: no, they’re doing that, I think it’s like ‘Siuu’ or something that Ronaldo does when he scores. And, yeah, it was incredibly irritating,” Murray said to the reporter.
