Novak Djokovic has been left stranded in Australia, after his Visa was cancelled owing to utter confusion over his documents. The Serbian who is unvaccinated had received medical exemption to compete in the first major of the year. However, upon his arrival in Melbourne, he was attained by the authorities and his Visa was terminated.

Whilst, Novak Djokovic is placed under hotel quarantine in Melbourne, Australian Home Minister has already declared that the Serbian is free to leave the country whenever he wants to. Novak Djokovic is surely not one of the most loved players on tour, however, he still has a huge fan base.

Boris Becker, former coach of Novak Djokovic believes that the Serbian is very different from his rivals, Rafael Nadal and Roger Federer. Djokovic had a very different route to the top of tennis, at the cost of his fierce rivals which is the reason why he is not much liked among Nadal-Federer fans.

Novak Djokovic dethroned the likes of Rafael Nadal and Roger Federer in the last decade, winning 16 majors. Becker stated that Djokovic disrupted the dominance of Federer and Nadal, as he continues his bid to become the greatest tennis player of all time.

“People should remember that this is a very different and special individual who had a difficult route to the top. He is not the same as Roger Federer and Rafael Nadal and came up a very different way,” wrote Becker in his Daily Mail column, as quoted by Express UK.

He was not the most popular boy in the class, you might say, he is Novak Djokovic from Serbia and disrupted the other two crowd favorites,” he added.

Becker added that Djokovic completely modified his diet and lifestyle in order to improve his performance on the court. The German believes that this move has reaped huge dividends, as he remains the man to beat on the tennis circuit.

He has an extreme diet and an extreme lifestyle to give himself the best chance, and ultimately you have to say he has made the right decisions because the results show it,” said Becker.
