‘Can we have some hype questions?’ Nick Kyrgios THREATENS to walk out of press conference over DEPRESSING journalist questions

Nick Kyrgios
Nick Kyrgios and Thanasi Kokkinakis continued their impressive Australian Open 2022 run, as the pair marched into the finals of the Men’s Doubles Event. The Aussie duo stormed past the third seeds, Horacio Zeballos and Marcel Granollers in straight sets to set up an Australian affair in the finals.
The pairing of Kyrgios and Kokkinakis will now face Matthew Ebden and Max Purcell in the finals on Saturday. Despite winning the semifinal battle, Kyrgios was certainly not a happy man in the press conference. He was upset with the journalists asking irrelevant questions, and even threatened to walk out of the conference.
Being an-Australian final, the journalist asked whether that would take the attention away from Nick Kyrgios and Thanasi Kokkinakis. Firstly, Kyrgios dismissed the question with a blunt response, “You answer that question, how do you think it’s going to go?” Kyrgios said.

Nick Kyrgios demands energetic questions from the journalists

When asked by the second journalist in regards to the ticket pricing for the final, Nick Kyrgios lost his cool and took a swipe at the journalists in the room. Originally, the ticket prices were 29 dollars for the semifinal, however, it will now be up till 499 AUD for the final, since it will be held in the same session as Women’s Singles final.
Nick Kyrgios blasted the reporter and asked him to stop dividing Australian tennis, and not ask such depressing questions. Kyrgios stated that it had been a fruitful slam for Australians, as Ashleigh Barty could reach the finals, whereas, even Dylan Alcott would compete at his last slam in Melbourne.
“These questions are so depressing. Like, we’ve got four Aussies in the final. Can we stop dividing, which crowd’s gonna go for who, it’s just amazing we’ve got four Aussies in the final, Ash (Barty) is doing her thing, Dylan (Alcott)’s last Australian Open, can we up the energy a little bit? It’s f***ing awesome,” Kyrgios quipped.
Nick Kyrgios wanted some positive and energetic questions or he threatened to walk out of the interview. “Can we have some hype questions? I’d rather just walk out, I dunno,” he added.
