Lloyd Harris finally looks to have got over his poor form on Grass after a fairly successful fortnight in Germany. Harris started the Grass season at the ATP Stuttgart Open 2021 where he lost in the 2nd round of the Singles. He later shifted cities to Halle where he made it till the quarter-finals of both the Singles and Doubles event and will come in with a good experience of the surface.
Harris has had a mixed run so far this season. He had an amazing season on Hardcourts and an upside down season on Clay. But with his 2 weeks on the German grass courts, he will fancy his chances for his maiden ATP title.
Corentin Moutet will also be coming to Mallorca from the Halle Open 2021 where he was defeated in the 2nd round. Moutet found his opponent retiring in the 1st round before the start of the 3rd set but couldn’t make the most of it as he was went out in straight-sets.
Moutet had a decent run on the Hardcourts this year but did not enjoy much success on Clay losing 6 of his 11 matches on the surface that included a first round defeat at the 2021 French Open.

He will come in with a season record of 17-11 and will be the favourite for this clash looking at the numbers for the season and comparing their overall forms as well.
