Iga Swiatek

Iga Swiatek has taken the world by storm with the achievements she has accomplished. Swiatek made her major debut on the clay in Paris in the autumn of 2020. She is unquestionably the greatest player in the world less than two years later, following a remarkable start to the season in which she won three WTA 1000 championships in a row and racked up 17 straight victories.

On 8th April the world no. 1 reflects on the events that took place in the past few weeks and shared on Twitter through a series of pictures in a form of a collage. It was captioned, ” Time to reflect on everything that happened during the last few weeks.”

The tweet consists of four pictures. The first picture is a post which was said by Swiatek after her triumph in the Miami Open wherein, she says that the last few weeks had been interesting, crazy, and hard-core but she’s happy to have seen the results in the Miami Open. She also says that it is time for her to get back to work. In the next picture, the 20-year-old star is seen posing on the beach with the Chris Evert WTA World No. 1 trophy. In the third picture, there is the lighthouse of the Miami beach and in the final picture, the world no. 1 is seen sitting idle and reading a book on the beach.

The tweet which was put up has already gotten more than 1000 likes and fans have commented on the tennis star’s comment.

Iga Swiatek has withdrawn from this week’s Charleston Open but will compete in the Stuttgart Open on April 18 after representing Poland in the Billie Jean King Cup. The young tennis star will also compete in the Madrid Open which will determine the status of each player and determine if Swiatek can cinch another Grand Slam in the bag and follow the steps of her idol, Rafael Nadal. She is all set and prepared to face the next tournament and has also been praised by numerous coaches and players.

Chris Evert showered praises for Swiatek, saying she was one of the strongest players that the tennis star has known. But while she does have a fantastic professional career, she also seems to be equally well in her personal life as fans are always amused when they see the news of her personal aspect of life. In the most recent news, the world no. 1 went and meet the NBA star Jimmy Butler and fans flooded the comment section. Her admiration for Rafa Nadal is also praiseworthy and her humble, and polite personality is also a hit.

Guess we will have to wait and see what great wonders the Polish player will do next and what records she will be breaking and if the French Open will be her next biggest achievement.
