Novak Djokovic is clearly the best player on tour currently and will want to carry the same form in the 2022 season. But off late, he has been under negative limelight for his vaccination stand. Tennis Australia has announced that only vaccinated players will be allowed to travel to Australia for the Australian Open.

As for Djokovic, his stance on vaccination was clear. He believes that getting vaccinated or not should be a personal choice and hence shouldn’t be imposed on anyone. He is yet to reveal his vaccination status and hence it is unclear whether he’ll play the Australian Open or not. As of now, he is on the entry list but his participation will only be confirmed in times to come.
